Price lists are reusable rate cards. Customers are assigned to a list; the Default list applies to any customer without an explicit assignment. Delivery zones themselves are shared across all lists. Pickup time-slot configuration moved to Cutoff Times — it's the same start/end of day as the ETA cutoff, not a separate setting.
Zone is auto-detected from the entered delivery address on order entry. Zones themselves (boundaries, add/archive) are shared across every list — managed on Delivery Zones; only the surcharge below is specific to this list.

Client-facing display resolves the tier into a clock time (e.g. pickup 9:00 AM + a 300-minute tier → "Display Time = 2:00 PM"). Start/end of day and the same-day cutoff-by-hour grid are shared, list-independent settings — manage them on Cutoff Times.
