Price lists are reusable rate cards. Customers are assigned to a list; the Default list applies to any customer without an explicit assignment. Delivery zones themselves are shared across all lists. Start/end of day below is a global operational setting, shared across every price list — not specific to whichever list is selected above.
Zone is auto-detected from the entered delivery address on order entry. Zones themselves (boundaries, add/archive) are shared across every list — managed on Delivery Zones; only the surcharge below is specific to this list.

One shared operating-hours setting — drives both ETA calculation and the client portal's pickup time-slot dropdown, rather than maintaining two separate start/end times. Global, not specific to the price list selected above.
Start/end of day auto-compute each order's ETA from its speed tier: orders booked for a future day use start of day + tier window; orders booked today use time order received + tier window. If that lands after the end-of-day cutoff, the order list flags it with ! so a dispatcher can accept the late ETA or move it — this doesn't auto-reject or auto-reschedule anything.
The interval slices start/end of day into the pickup time-slot dropdown shown to customers on the client portal — 24-hour clock, admin side. Preview: 8:00, 8:15, 8:30 … 18:00. Manual admin order entry always uses a free 24-hour text field, never this dropdown.

Client-facing display resolves the tier into a clock time (e.g. pickup 9:00 AM + a 300-minute tier → "Display Time = 2:00 PM"). Start/end of day is set above; the same-day cutoff-by-hour grid is a shared, list-independent setting — manage it on Cutoff Times.
